Both in the kitchen and in the front of the house prep areas we love creating our food for our friends and guests. Our staff members are well trained in food and drink preparation and may have had a hand in baking, assembling or producing the orders they serve. We use trusted food distributors, often grow our own herbs and vegetables, and supplement our food choices from local growers in the area. The Berea Farmers market is a great source for the freshest ingredients in many of our seasonal dishes. We love the fruits and vegetables from Berea College Farms, Baumann’s Forever Farms has provided “egg”cellent products for special occasion items, and we have also bartered our food items to some of the growers in exchange for their local harvests. Bottom line, we are truly unique in our means of service, food preparation and acquisition. You can truly taste and feel the difference. Vive le BC&T.
