SUMATRA MANDHELING
75% of Indonesian coffees come from the island of Sumatra, where it is a huge part of the national economy. A naturally processed bean that is very rich & mellow, with full body & a concentrated flavor. Naturally low acidity & almost syrupy on the palate.
PERU CHANCHOMAYO
Generally a mildly acidic coffee, light-bodied but flavorful and aromatic. Peruvian generally resembles the coffees of Mexico.
NICARAGUA SEGOVIA
From the Placeres Estate in the Segovia region outside of Matagalpa, the capital city. Yeilds a cup of deep full flavor, great aroma and good acidity with a dry, sweet finish.
MEXICAN PLUMA
Near the Guatemalan border in the state of Chiapas grows Mexico’s finest coffee. A fragrant light bodied cup, low acidity & bright flavor, with nutty undertones.
